1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Velloria Universe ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, applications, and services including Velloria AI, Velloria Mail, Velloria Vault, and Astra Agent (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

When using Velloria AI:

• You retain ownership of your input prompts and generated content
• You are responsible for the content you generate and its use
• Generated content must comply with all applicable laws
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate; verify critical information independently

3.4 Crypto Wallet Specific Terms (Velloria Vault)

When using Velloria Vault:

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and recovery phrases
• We operate a non-custodial wallet; we cannot recover lost keys or access your funds
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
• You acknowledge the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you submit, post, or display through our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our Services.

4.2 Content Representations

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit
• Your User Content does not infringe upon any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

4.3 Content Monitoring

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VELLORIA UNIVERSE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with 30 days' written notice.

11.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@velloria.space or using the account cancellation feature.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services immediately ceases. You remain liable for any obligations incurred prior to termination.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

14.3 Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@velloria.space to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Velloria Universe
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent

17. Acknowledgment

BY USING VELLORIA UNIVERSE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE OUR SERVICES.
